I was barley able to roll my car into Trent Valley Honda after 5pm before it died in their parking lot. The service desk was closed for the day but the staff still took care of me. They booked me in for a diagnostic check up for the next day. I also had a meeting in Toronto the next morning at 7am and none of the rental car companies in the city had available vehicles. Again, the Trent Valley staff stepped up. Without hesitation they found me a car to use for I could make my meeting in Toronto. I would have been in a jam if they didn't find a solution for me. Great service!
