2024-12-24

Honda has announced that it will take advantage of CES 2025, set to take place on January 7, to reveal its latest prototypes, which are both futuristic and daring.

As seen in the first images shared by the Japanese automaker, the two vehicles look like nothing else on the market. On the left, there’s something that resembles an exotic car with a sleek silhouette and a very short front end. On the right, we see an SUV designed to offer impressive interior space. In both cases, the shapes are unconventional, which makes them even more intriguing.

Honda 0 Series

These prototypes are not just noteworthy for their design or the fact that they are fully electric. They also mark the beginning of a new era for Honda with the Honda 0 Series. These will be Honda’s first fully electric vehicles built on a dedicated platform, not shared with other brands, unlike the current Prologue, which is based on the same platform as the Cadillac Lyriq.

All indications suggest that this new lineup will also be available in North America, which explains the decision to unveil it at CES 2025.

A New Operating System

As if that weren’t enough, Honda will also use this event to introduce its new operating system, which will initially be exclusive to the Honda 0 Series models. The January 7 presentation is expected to include details about the brand’s new electronic chips and the software accompanying its next-generation electric vehicles. Additionally, Honda will provide information about a new energy service designed to support its goal of achieving carbon neutrality.

CES 2025 promises to be an exciting event, especially for Honda, with the unveiling of this new electric vehicle lineup.
